The Building uses its projections as flower beds. Eventually, as the tenants occupy all the flats, these beds will be filled with greenery, raising living standards and giving cleaner air.

The site has seperate COPs for event and recreation. This avoids hinderances for the occupants in case an event takes place. The buildings are designed with wide elevator shafts, continuous shear walls, and expansion joints, that ensure structural stability ad evacuation at times of earthquake.
