Shivam heignts was concieved as a community of friends and family.

A group of related friends that wished to live together. The building is designed in such a way, that even while living in a closed community, one gets their personal space.

The flors ore 4BHK, with spacious living and dining. The passages are kept wide keeping in mind that the social interactions will happen here. The lifts are wide enough to carry stretcher and wheel chairs for elderly. There are only 2 flats on a floor, giving a river view and 3 open sides for all the units. Keeping in mind the convenience, the building has a basement and an additional level for parking.
