The clustering of the units is done in such a manner, that maximum chunk of open spaces are conglomerated together. The Club and Lawn are directly accessible from outside, and are at the corner of the site. This ensures that any activity happenning there does not create disturbance in the neighbourhood. Yet, the Visual connect of the lawns and frontyars is open to all the units. This allows most of them to have visual availability of open spaces.

Even after having almost similar internal planning, the orientation, position, and open spaces of all bunglows differ. This avoids them appearing as industrial housing, and rather lets the vista of overall site appear as an organic village settlement. The user experience is further encanced by landscaping on the front side of every unit, that hinders the interferencre from outside activities.
